A new, free-to-use service allows visitors and expats in Spain to source and contact trusted local suppliers
The millions of Britons living in and visiting Spain each year now have a new supplier sourcing tool, Worxler, The site aims to make it easier for foreign visitors and expats in Spain to find local suppliers – from tour guides to babysitters, hairdressers to plumbers.
The service aims to remove the middleman, and open up significant new local connections to the British expat and tourist market.
Worxler is a tool created around demand, and will allow people to locate and hire quality suppliers in a country they are unfamiliar with. ‘Taskers’ (those who carry out the service) are given feedback in the form of a star rating, allowing ‘Askers’ (those who require the service) to choose only the most trusted locals to support them while overseas.
Initially launched in Spain, the service will soon be rolled out across Europe and beyond.
With no fee for sourcing and hiring, or for posting a task, Worxler currently offers support in the areas of: home repairs; child care and tutoring; transportation; household chores; education and training; health and beauty; consulting; and internet.
