ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Lisa-Kieffer-cropLisa  Kieffer acts as Director of Consulting, North America at Aperian Global. She delivers a wide array of organizational development, coaching and training services, with a special emphasis on the performance and alignment of global and virtual teams, as well as global leadership and change management. She brings extensive global teams experience to her consulting work, having previously managed global Sales & Public Relations teams while working for the Institute for International Research (IIR) and Ketchum Public Relations during five years living in Singapore. She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies with an Organizational Development focus from Lesley University in Boston, Massachusetts. Lisa is certified in MBTI and PROSCI Change Management, she is a certified coach from Newfield Network in Colorado, and she is well-versed on the suite of Aperian Global assessments and online learning tools used in delivering real-time individual and group coaching on global business effectiveness.

AnnaXiaAnna Xia is the founder and principal at Market Ignition Group and Advisory LLC, a firm provides strategic intercultural consulting services to public and private enterprises in the US and Europe. As a member of her family owned business in Shanghai, China. she helps introducing innovative medical devices into the greater China market. Anna is a dynamic business executive with over 15 years of experience in global strategic marketing and business development fields. As a former executive working for several global financial institutions including Wells Fargo, RBS and Citigroup, Anna led various marketing disciplines and worked closely with many domestic and international staffs. Born and raised in Shanghai, China, Ms. Xia was educated in China, Switzerland and US. She traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
